Description:

Water based wood stain with acrylic technology.

 

Special Properties: Bondex Perfect enhances wood with translucent,silky finish. The product is non-dripping micro porous, low odour, easy-to-use and has excellent penetration properties.

 

Where to Use: Bondex Perfect is ideal for facades. cladding, doors, windows, shutters, eaves and for all types of timber.

 

Surface Preparation: Substrate humidity must not exceed 18%. The surface has to be clean, dry and solid. On new surfaces sand lightly on previously coated surfaces, remove all loose and sand lightly.

 

Application: Stir well before use. Do not use in temperatures below 5 celsius and humidity above 80%. Outdoor: 1 coat Bondex Wood Preservative(is recommended when Bondex Perfect is applied on untreated softwood) and 2-3 coats applied with a brush. Do not use Bondex Perfect Clear outdoors without pigmented under coat. To achieve best results under warm and dry conditions, dilute the first coat with 20% water. Do not apply by spraying.

 

Maintenance: Normally surfaces exposed to weather may have to be recoated every 3 or more years.

 

Spreading Rate: To achieve best surface coating the coverage rate shall be 10-15 square metre per coat, depending on the surface.

 

Drying time: Touch dry after approx 30 minutes. Recoatable after approx 3 hours at 23 celsius, 60% humidity.

 

Cleaning of Tools: Soap and water immediately after use.

 

Storage: In tightly closed containers. Store and transport in temperatures above 5 celsius.

 

Shelf life: 5 years in original, unopened containers.
